Trio of Pumpkin Soup
Three varieties of pumpkin, blended together to enrich the flavour of this family favourite. Complemented with sour cream, freshly chopped chives and a light sprinkling of nutmeg.
Ham & Haloumi Parcels
Made from fresh leg ham and imported haloumi cheese. Wrapped in a filo pasty parcel and sat on a swirl of freshly made tomato puree, enriched with fresh basil and garnishes.
